Cloudflare’s DNS is very good and it’s for free and also has paid version. Google provides you free DNS and it is also very good but Cloudflare DNS is better than Google DNS. But I recommend you if you want to use free DNS, then you need to use Google DNS as a preferred DNS on your PS4.

Go to the Settings menu and on your console and select Network.
